Parks & Recreation offers a wide variety of traditional and non-traditional recreational activities for adults, teens and children. The mission of the Purchasing Department is to provide central procurement services for all Parish departments’ requests for services, equipment, supplies, and public works projects. Our goal is to procure quality products using cost effective and transparent methods and to ensure compliance with Jefferson Parish’s codified Uniform Purchasing Procedures and Louisiana Public Bid Law.
